pilates
so i started a new pilates class today. its every weekday for 7 weeks so a total of 35 days. The instructor made the class take pictures in just the sports bra and undies to do these before and after pictures. At first i kind of thought it was mean, but now that i think about it more i realize it is to motivate us to keep with the class and to keep trying hard.
